摘要
在 Ag 基带上非平衡凝固熔敷超导厚膜,用激光区熔法制备组织致密、有明显织构取向、与基材结合牢固的柔性 Bi 系超导复合带材。研究了该超导材料的定向结晶特征、凝固表面和内层组织形态、相分布与组成及超导层同基材的结合。此法开辟了制备高 J_c 实用超导带材的新途径。
On the surface of Ag tape with about microns thickness superconductingflim was coated by a nonequlibrium solidification process and treated by laser zone meltingmethod.The flexible superconducting composite tape with dense structure better bindingcharateristic and obvious textured orientation was produced,which has created a new pros-pect for pratical use of high T_c superconducting material.
