低温体外循环不阻升主动脉室颤下心内直视手术 被引量:1

Open heart surgery with systemic hypothermia,ventricular fibrillation and nonaortic cross clamp during cardiopulmonary bypass

摘要 报告采用低温体外循环不阻升主动脉和室颤技术行心内直视手术 2 5例 ,其中房缺修补术 8例 ,室缺修补术 7例 ,法乐氏四联症根治术 2例和二尖瓣置换术 8例。术后病人全部存活 ,手术效果满意。该方法在心内直视手术中具有良好的心肌保护作用 ,可以防止心肌缺血和缺血性再灌注损伤。术中应注意心内排气和避免心室膨胀 ,防止气栓和心肌缺血发生。 Twenty-five patients with congenital and acquired heart diseases were given open heart surgery with systemic hypothemia , VF and nonaortic cross clamp during CPB, which included repair of ASD in 8 cases and repair of VSD in 7,correction of TOF in 2,and MVR in 8. There was no hospital mortality and the outcome of surgery was satisfactory.This method applied in open heart surgery shows good effects on myocardial protection and can avoid ischemic damage and reperfusion damage to myocardium. To avoid airembolism and subendocardial and myocardial ischemia,more attention should be paid to deair and ventricular distention during operation. [WT5”HZ]
