摘要
创新人才培养模式的关键是教学体系的创新,即形成以能力培养为主,学科逻辑体系为辅,实践性教学与理论教学互相促进的课程体系。高校的教学目标是在向学生传授较为高深、系统的学科理论知识的同时,给学生提供充分展示自我能力的机会,包括学习、实践和创新机会。加强会计学专业实践性教学的途径主要有:课程理论教学与实践教学相结合,不断完善实践性教学体系;课程综合实验与高年级专业综合实验相结合,提高学生的创新创业能力;校企合作制定专业人才培养方案,探索"订单式"人才培养模式。
The key to innovation in talent cultivation mode is the innovation of teaching mechanism, i.e., forming a curricular system that combines practice-oriented teaching with disciplinary theoretic teaching with a focus on ability cultivation and supported by disciplinary logical systems. In teaching profound disciplinary theories in a systematic manner, institutions of higher learning should also provide the students with sufficient opportunities of learning, practice, and innovation. The strategies on strengthening practice-oriented teaching for accounting majors are as follows: Combining theoretical teaching of courses with practice-oriented teaching, so as to continuously improve practice-oriented teaching mechanism; Combining comprehensive tests of courses with practice-oriented teaching , so as to promote the students' innovation and start-up abilities; universities and companies should cooperate to draw up talent cultivation plans to explore the "order-oriented" talent cultivation mode.
