摘要
以管理类研究生为研究对象,构建了案例教学的案例准备、案例讨论、案例讲解、学习动机与案例收获之间的关系框架,进行了问卷设计、调研,应用SPSS15.0软件对数据进行了分析。研究结果表明:案例准备、案例讨论、案例讲解对案例收获的作用显著,但案例讨论的作用效果最强;案例准备对案例讨论和案例讲解的作用效果达到显著性水平;学习动机对案例讨论、案例讲解的作用效果显著,但对案例准备的作用效果未到显著性水平。
The authors construct the relationship among case preparation, case discussion, case explanation, motivation to learn and case harvest, and design the questionnaires and investigate the management graduate students. Based on the investigation, the authors use the software of SPSS15.0 to analysis the hypothesis. The results show that: case preparation, case discussion and case explanation significantly affect case harvest, and case discussion's effect is the strongest; case preparation significantly affect case discussion and case explanation; motivation to learn significantly affect case discussion and ease explanation, while motivation to learn has limited direct influence to case preparation.
