摘要
环境监测和环境监理是整个环境管理体系的两个重要组成部分,在新形势下正确处理环境监测与环境监理之间的关系,对促进环境保护事业的发展有重要的作用。本文阐述了新形势下环境监测与环境监理之间的关系,重点介绍了环境监测对环境监理工作的促进作用,对推动整个环境保护工作向科学化、规范化、法制化迈进具有积极意义。
Environment monitoring and environmental supervision are two important parts of environmental mana＇gement system. It is important to process relationship between environment monitoring arid environmental supervision correctly. The paper discusses on the relationship and introduces promoting effect of environment monitoring to environmental supervision.
