摘要
采用放免检测和免疫组化方法观察了特制饲料喂养造成的厌食动物模型中枢和外周 β -内啡肽含量变化。结果显示 :模型组动物下丘脑 β-内啡肽合成显著减少 ,外周 β-内啡肽浓度明显下降。提示 β -内啡肽在中枢和外周的含量减少与动物摄食量长期低下有关 ,可能在小儿厌食症发病过程中有一定意义。
Endorphin concentration in central and peripheral parts of rat models with anorexia induced by feeding special forage was examined by radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemistry. Results showed the β-Endorphin concentration decreased both hypothalamus and peripheral parts of the model ( P <0 05),suggesting β-Endorphin may play an important role in children anorexia. [WT5”HZ]
