宫腔镜在绝经后阴道流血诊治中的应用分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的宫腔镜检查绝经后阴道流血的临床应用。方法选取我院2009年5月-2012年5月79例绝经后阴道流血患者行宫腔镜检查。结果诊断为增生期子宫内膜35例,诊断为萎缩性子宫内膜11例,诊断为子宫内膜炎16例,诊断为子宫内膜息肉7例,诊断为粘膜下子宫肌瘤4例,诊断为子宫内膜癌4例,镜下见节育器嵌入变形者2例。结论针对绝经后阴道流血患者宫腔镜结合病理检查可达到早期诊断、早期治疗的目的。
