摘要
本工作采用气相渗透技术,测定220—420℃温度范围内,JBK—75合金的氢渗透率和扩散系数,研究了 JBK—75合金中沉淀析出相γ′对氢渗透行为的影响。结果表明,740℃时效析出的γ′相对氢的扩散行为没有明显影响;在实验温度范围内,氢在 JBK—75合金中的渗透行为遵循Arrhenius 关系式,渗透率和扩散系数与温度的关系分别表示为Φ=4.36×10^(-4)exp[-62.10(kJ/mol)/RT]mol/(m·s·MPa^(1/2))D=3.01×10^(-7)exp[-48.52kJ/mol)
ABSTRACT Permeability and diffusivity of hydrogen in JBK—75 alloy were measuredover the temperatue range of 200 to 420℃ using a gaseous permeation technique.The ef-fects of γ′ precipitate phase in the alloy on hydrogen permeation behaviour were investi-gated.The results indicated that hydrogen diffusion was not significantly affected by γ′phase precipitated at 740℃ and that hydrogen permeation behaviour in JBK-75 alloy fol-lowed Arrhenius relationship,the dependences of permeability and diffusivity on the tem-perature were respectively expressed as Φ=4.36x10^(-4)exp[-62.10(kJ/mol)/RT]mol/(m·s·MPa^(1/2)),D=3.01x10^(-7)exp[-48.52(kJ/Mol)/RT] m^2/s.
