摘要
本文研究了渗 Al 处理对低压等离子喷涂金属-氧化物扩散障作用的影响。发现短时间渗Al 处理,能提高扩散障对涂层与基体之间元素互扩散的阻碍作用。延长渗 Al 时间,扩散障中弥散细小的 Y_2O_3颗粒聚集成较大颗粒,并在扩散障与外涂层的交界上高度聚集,对涂层与基体的结合性能产生不利的影响。
The effect of aluminizing on the function of LPPS metal-oxide diffusionbarrier has been investigated.It is found that aluminizing at 900℃ for 3h can improve theeffectiveness of diffustion barrier in reducing interdiffusion between coating and substrate.With increasing the aluminizing time,small oxide grains in diffusion barrier grow into largeones,and gather greatly at the coationg-diffusion barrier interface.
