防泳移剂NE-993的合成与应用研究

摘要 以丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为主要原料,经溶液聚合工艺合成防泳移剂NE-993。对分散染料、活性染料以及涂料进行染色应用并测试泳移率K/S值。实验表明:防泳移剂NE-993提高了分散染料、活性染料以及涂料轧染染色的匀染性能,且具有增深作用。NE-993的原料最佳配比为(AA、MAA)/AM=(4~4.5)/1,分子量低于80万,用量为8~20 g/L时,节约染料10%~25%。 Antimigrant NE-993 was synthesized from acrylic acid (AA), methacrylic acid (MAA) and acrytamide (AM) by solution polymerization. The antimigrant was employed in dyeing of disperse dyes, reactive dyes and pigment, and their migration rate K/S values were tested. The results showed that antimigrant NE-993 improved pad dyeing levelness of disperse dyes, reactive dyes and pig- ment, and it has darkening effect. The optimum ratio of the reaction was (AA, MAA) /AM = (4 ~4.5) /1 and the molecular weight of antimigrant NE-993 was less than 800, 000. The dosage of dye could be saved 10% -25% when the amount of antimigrant was 8 -20 g/L.
