摘要
流动于城乡之间的农民工群体在就诊机构选择上具有特殊性。我们通过对南京市502位农民工进行问卷调查获得数据资料,采取多项式Logistic回归分析方法,分析农民工对就诊机构的选择情况及影响因素,发现农民工群体患病后首选医疗机构是社区或乡镇卫生院,有将近50%农民工前往县级或以上医院就诊。农民工选择不同医疗机构就诊的主要影响因素是其自身的经济社会地位和健康状况。政府应当从健康教育、医疗卫生服务供给、医疗保险覆盖等多方面协力确保农民工获得基本医疗卫生服务。
Migrant workers flowing between urban and rural are special in the choice of health institutions. We obtain the data from 502 questionnaires for migrant workers in Nanjing and use the method of multinomial logistic regression. The data analysis finds： the community hospitals are the migrant workers＇ first choice and nearly half of the migrant workers will go to the county hospital and the better hospitals when they get sick. The factors that influence the choice of health institutions are mainly the socioeconomic status and health condition of the migrant workers. In order to ensure that everyone will have access to basic medical service, the government should make efforts on health education, medical service and medical insurance.
