自体造血干细胞移植物的体外净化

摘要癌肿患者大剂量化疗联合自体造血干细胞移植(AHSC)治疗后,疾病的复发与移植物中肿瘤细胞的污染有关。体外净化能有效地清除移植物中残存的肿瘤细胞。本文综述近年来有关AHSC体外净化的几种方法。
