摘要
目的:调查术前低肺功能肺癌患者围手术期各类护理工作量指标。方法:连续选择新近在我科接受手术治疗的原发性肺癌患者87例,入选对象手术前接受了肺功能检查及"肺癌围术期护理工作量调查表"调查,并按手术前肺功能是否异常进行分组比较。结果:全部入选对象中,29例肺癌患者手术前诊断低肺功能(%FEV1≤50%,33.33%,低肺功能组),术前肺功能基本正常者58例(%FEV1>50%,对照组)。前者的健康教育工作量指标、心理护理工作量指标、基础护理工作量指标、呼吸道护理工作量指标、营养护理工作量指标、个体化护理工作量指标、康复护理工作量指标和各类护理工作总量指标均明显多于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论:术前低肺功能肺癌患者围手术期各类护理工作量较大,费时较多,制定围术期护理计划时应予重视。
Objective：To evaluation various perioperative nursing work of patients with preoperative low pulmonary function.Methods：We performed lung function test and a survey about perioperative nursing work questionnaire in 87 consecutive lung cancer patients treated at the Guangdong Lung Cancer Institute in January to May 2012.All patients were classed into two groups according to %FEV1：the patients with %FEV1≤50% was classed into ventilation dysfunction group while %FEV150% was defined as normal.Results：The normal group includes 29（33.3%） patients compared with 58（66.7%） patients in ventilation dysfunction group.The effort of health education,psychological nursing,basic nursing,respiratory care,nutrition nursing,individual nursing,rehabilitation nursing and other nursing input were significantly more than the normal group（all P 0.01）.Conclusion：For patients with poor preoperative lung function,the nursing workload in perioperative is heavy.Therefore,we should take more effort to explore a reasonable nursing plan for these patients.
