摘要
目的:检测C-反应蛋白(CRP)在胎膜早破(PROM)患者血清中的表达,探讨CRP与发生PROM的相关性。方法:两组产妇均入院后立即抽取肘静脉血各4ml,按照ELISA试剂盒说明书,检测血清CRP含量;两组产妇分娩后均取2cm×2cm×2cm胎盘胎膜组织,用10%甲醛固定,送病理检查。结果:PROM组CRP水平>10mg/L的例数为33例,阳性率高达82.50%,显著高于对照组的9(19.65%),P<0.05;对照组胎盘绒毛膜羊膜炎Ⅰ级11例(22.00%),Ⅱ级1例(2.00%),无Ⅲ级炎症,PROM组分别为22(52.50%)、11(27.50%)、8(20.00%),两组相比具有显著性差异,P<0.05;血清中的CRP水平与破膜时间正性相关,即含量越高,破膜时间越长。结论:血清中的CRP水平与PROM密切相关,CRP检测方法快速、准确,对预测产妇PROM的发生有临床指导价值。
Objective：To detect the expression of C-reactive protein（CRP） in patients with premature rupture of membranes（PROM） and explore the correlation between CRP and the occurrence of PROM.Methods：Two sets of maternal were taken with cubital vein for 4ml.In accordance with the instructions of the ELISA kit to detect the content of the CRP.The two groups were taken 2cm×2cm×2cm placenta fetal membranes after childbirth.Results：The PROM group CRP levels 10mg/L was with the number of 33 cases,the positive rate was 82.50%,was significantly higher than 9（19.65%）（P0.05）.The control group of placental chorionic amnionitis of grade Ⅰwas in 11 cases（22.00%）,the case of grade II was in 1 case（2.00%）,no one with Ⅲ grade,the PROM group were 22（52.50%）,11（27.50%）,8（20.00%）.There was significant difference between the comparison,P0.05.The serum CRP was positively correlated with the rupture of membranes time.That was the higher the content,the longer rupture of membranes.Conclusion：The CRP level is closely related to PROM,CRP testing method is rapid and accurate,and it has a clinical guidance value for the prediction of maternal PROM.
