摘要
采用高温 X 射线衍射对60BaTiO_3-40PbTiO_3和80BaTiO_3-20SrTiO_3(均为 mol-%比)两种试样进行了固相反应动力学研究。得出了它们的反应速率与温度之间的关系,对于扩散控制反应过程的动力学数据符合于 Carter 模型,结合这种模型计算了反应速率常数和动力学参数,并对固相反应的特征和动力学关系进行了讨论。
Kinetics of solid-state reactions were studied by high-temperature X-raydiffraction with 40PbTiO_3+60BaTiO_3 and 20SrCO_3+80BaCO_3+100TiO_2 as examples.The temperature dependences of rate were obtained.The kinetic data were fitted to Catermodel for a diffussion-controlled,the kinetic parameters were calculated and the characterof reaciton and the relation between kinetic parameters was discussed.
