摘要
Al-5Mg-2.4Li(01420)合金中加入稀土元素 La 后,峰值时效时间后移,合金强度增高,延伸率增加。微观组织观察表明:产生上述现象的原因是 La 细化了过渡族元素质点和 Al_2MgLi相,抑制了再结晶,使δ′相尺寸减小、PFZ 宽度减小、合金沿晶破断比例减小。
The effects of La on structures and properties of Al-Mg-Li alloys were in-vestigated.Experiments results show:at peak aging condition,strength and elongation in-crease in the Al-5Mg-2.4Li alloy added by rare earth element La,which is resulted fromthe refinement Al_2MgLi particales and particles bearing transition elements,repressingrecrystallization,the decrease in size of δ′phase and proportion of intercrystalline fracture.
