摘要
本文研究了两种晶粒组织的二元 Al-Li 合金拉伸性能与断裂行为。结果表明 Al-Li 合金力学性能与晶粒尺寸有关,其断裂行为决定于 PFZ 内平面滑移或晶界沉淀相与滑移的交互作用。
Tensile properties and fracture behavior of a binary Al-Li alloy with twogroups of different grain size have been investigated.The properties are affected by thegrain size of alloy,and improved as the grain become small.The fracture behavior is closelyrelated to the slip morphololgy which is dependent on that the particles are cut by disloca-tion.The intergranular fracture in the specimen with larger grain is due to the planar slip,which could cause the microcrack nucleation further in the PFZ near grain boundary.Theinteraction between the grain boundary precipitate and the slip results in the mode of grainboundary ductile fracture in the small grain specimen.
