摘要
利用 X 射线小角散射、透射电镜以及力学性能测定等方法研究了 Cu-15Ni-8Sn 及添加微量 Nb 后合金的 Spinodal 分解的动力学过程。结果表明:两种合金的 Spinodal 分解动力学与 LBM的非线性理论相符。Nb 促进了合金的 Spinodal 分解并加速合金的早期强化,但同时也促进了后期晶界胞状析出的长大。对分解初期小角散射强度下降的物理本质也作了讨论。
Using SAXA,TEM techniques and measurement of mechanic properties,spinodal dynamics has been analyzed in Cu-15Ni-8Sn with and without Nb.It has beenfound that dynamic processes in these two alloys agree with LBM theory.Nb increases therate of strengthing and at the same time promotes the growth of celluloid structure occur-red in grain boundaries.Decreases of small angle X-ray strength at early stage of Spinodaldecomposition have been discussed.
