摘要
目的 观察中西医结合治疗震颤麻痹的疗效。方法 治疗组 30例按中医辨证分为肝肾不足、痰湿风动、气血两虚、气滞血瘀 4型施治 ,并配合西药美多巴 ,重度病人加用澳隐停 ;对照组 2 8例则单纯应用与治疗组相同西药治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率 90 % ,对照组则为 70 % ,2组疗效比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5) ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 中西医结合疗法治疗震颤麻痹疗效确切 ,优于单纯西药治疗 ,且无明显毒。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of integration of TCM and Western medicine on trembling palsy.Methods 58patients with trembling palsy were divided into four types of deficiency of the liver and kidney,phlegm damp and stagnation,deficiency of qi and blood and blood stasis due to stagnation according to the differentiation of symptoms and signs. Every type contains both groups of control and treatmentgroup.In treatment group combination of TCM and routine western medicine(medopa) was utilized.In control groups only treatmentof routine western medicine was carried on.Results Total effective rate in treatmentgroup(90 % ) was significantly higher than that in control group(70 % ,P <0 .0 5) .Conclusions Integration of TCM and Western Medicine can effectively treat trembling palsy.
