摘要
对高锰耐磨钢 Mn13进行了应变疲劳试验,研究了循环变形过程中的微观结构变化以及加工硬化机制。结果表明,高锰钢在室温和低温下均发生循环硬化。室温应变疲劳形成位错胞状结构,低温应变疲劳仅形成缠结位错。高锰钢具有极高加工硬化能力不是形变孪晶的结果。
The low cycle fatigue test of high manganese steel Mn13 has been conductedat room and low temperature in this paper.Microstructure changes during strain cyclingand the mechanism of deformation and work hardening in high manganese steel have beeninvestigated.Cyclic hardening was observed at room temperature and-150℃.The cellularstructures of dislocations were formed in the specimens cycled at room temperature and on-ly the tangled dislocation structures were formed in the specimen cycled at low temperature.Deformation twins are not the cause of high work hardening ability in the high manganesesteel.
