摘要
目的 观察自拟复方百合胶囊治疗咽炎、咽神经官能症的临床疗效。方法 治疗组1 86例 ,均采用复方百合胶囊口服治疗 ;对照组 38例 ,咽炎采用四季润喉片含化、利咽解毒冲剂冲服 ,咽神经官能症则采用维生素 B1、谷维素口服。结果 治疗组总有效率 93.55% ,与对照组66.1 3%相比较 ,有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 复方百合胶囊治疗咽炎、咽神经官能症疗效确切 ,且取效快、疗程短、复发率低。
Objective To observe therapeutic effect of Fufang lily capsule on pharyngitis and pharyngoneuroisis. Methods Two hundred twenty-four patients with pharyngitis and pharyngoneuroisis were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=186) Fufang lily capsule was taken orally at the dose of 3~6 pills three times a day and in control group (n=38) Sijirunhou tablet and Liyanjiedu powder, vitamin and oryanel tablet were administered respectively for pharyngitis and pharyngoneuroisis, with a therapeutic course of 10 days in both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (93.49%) was significantly higher as compared with those in control group (66.13%, P<0.01). Conclusions Effect of Fufang lily capsule on pharyngitis and pharyngoneuroisis was safety and effectively, short therapeutic duration.
