摘要
目的 观察创宁煎早期肠道喂养 (EEF)对消化道手术后患者的作用。方法 79例患者随机分为治疗组 40例和对照组 39例 ,分别应用创宁煎和 2 5%葡萄糖经胃管注入空肠或十二指肠 ,每 6h 1次 ,应用 3日或在此之前出现肛门排气时止。结果 治疗组患者胃肠蠕动恢复、去胃管时间及进食时间均早于对照组 ,检测血浆白蛋白及补体 C3水平均高于对照组 ,且感染并发症明显减少 ,住院时间缩短。结论 创宁煎早期肠道喂养可以改善消化道手术后患者的营养状况 ,阻止细菌移位 。
Objective To study the effect CEEF in the patients of alimentarycanal Methods Divided 79 Patients into two groups therapeutic group(n=40)and control group(n=39), And pour chuangningjian or glucose(25%)into jejunum or duadenum through stomach leave in treatment and control group every six hours duration of three days or till anus exhust. Results Intestines and stomach of the Patients in therapeatic group was resume and the time of getting taking food was shorter than those in control group,the plasma albumin and the complement C 3 were both higher than those of the control group. The infection complication reduced and the time in hospital was shorter.Conclusion CEEFcan improve the nutrition condition of the whole body of the patients of postoperation of alimentary canal,prevent the germs moving,and prevent the infection complicalion happening.
