摘要
目的探讨护理标识在手术室护理风险管理中的应用效果。方法 2011年1～12月以手术室为单位选择1～6号手术室,在1～3号手术室完成手术的患者为A组,施行常规护理风险管理;在4～6号手术室完成手术的患者为B组,在常规护理管理的基础上施行护理标识管理。对全年在两组手术室里进行的所有手术进行统计,比较患者的投诉率和满意度、医生的满意度、护理用药过程中出现的差错率,抽查项目的缺陷率。结果 B组患者和医生的满意度较A组大幅度提高,投诉率显著下降,而差错率也明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05)。B组所抽查项目存在缺陷的比例显著低于A组(P<0.01)。结论在手术室采用护理标识进行风险管理,可以提高患者和医生的满意度,提高效率,减少差错率。
Objective To discuss the application effect of nursing logo for risk management in operating room. Methods From Jan to Dec in 2011, No.1-6 operating rooms were selected and divided into A group （No.1-3） and B group （No. 4-6）. A group received convention nursing risk management, B group received nursing logo for risk management. All operations done in these rooms were statistieed, complain rate, degree of satisfaction of patients and doctors, error rate in nursing and medicating, defects rate of selective examination projects. Results Degree of satisfaction of patients and doctors of B group were higher than A group, complain rate and error rate was lower than A group （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Defects rate of selective examination projects of B group was lower than A group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Applicating nursing logo for risk management in operating room can improve degree of satisfaction of patients and doctors, improve efficiency and reduce error rate.
