摘要
目的比较PFNA与DHS治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效差异。方法 60例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者均为择期手术病例,其中将30例行PFNA内固定术的患者设立为观察组,另选择同期行DHS内固定术治疗的30例患者作为对照组。结果与对照组比较,观察组手术时间短,术中出血量少,骨折愈合时间快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗效参照Harris功能评分标准显示,观察组的优良率达90.0%,对照组的优良率达83.3%。两组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PFNA内固定术应用于老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有操作简单,手术时间短,创伤小,术中出血少,能有效改善患者的髋关节功能的优点,值得推广和应用。
Objective To compare the efficacy difference of PFNA and with DHS treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture patients were selected surgical cases, 30 cases PFNA fixation on setting up observation group and another selected 30 patients by DHS fixation asa control group. Results Compared with control group, the observation group had shorter surgery time, less blood loss, faster fracture healing time, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The complication rate of the control group was significantly higher than the observation group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Efficacy reference to Harris function score, good rate of 90.0% of the observation group, good rate of 83.3% of the control group. Comparison of two groups, the difference was not significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion PFNA fixation for intertrochanterie fractures with simple operation, shorter operative time, less trauma, less bleeding, can effectively improve the patient＇s hip function, should be popularized and applied.
