摘要
目的 探讨异丙酚诱导插管对血浆CGRP含量的影响。方法 择期手术病人 36例 ,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级 ,随机分为异丙酚 (PP组 ,2 0例 )硫喷妥钠 (SP组 ,16例 )两组。分别于麻醉前、用药后、插管后 2min、7min、15min测定血浆中CGRP、ET的含量及血液动力学变化。结果 两组给药后血压均下降 ,插管后硫喷妥钠组血压迅速上升。异丙酚组插管后CGRP、ET含量略有下降 ,但无统计学意义(P >0 0 5 ) ,硫喷妥钠组CGRP、ET含量显著上升 (P <0 0 1)。
Objective To observe the changes of plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and endothelin (ET) during propofol-induced anesthesia and intubationMethods Thirty-six patients were randomly allocated to receiving intravenous administration with propofol 2mg/kg ( group PP, n=20) or sodium thiopental group (SP, n=16) The venous bloos samples were taken to measure the plasma CGRP and endothelin (ET) concentrations, together with systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and heart rate (HR), immediately before induction, 2min after P or SP administration, 2min, 7min, 15min after intubationResults SBP decreased immediately after induction in both groups (P<001), but increased after intubation in group SP The plasma levels of CGRP and ET remained unchaged significantly after intubation in group PP (P>005), increased markedly in group SP (P<001)Conclusions The inhibitory effect of propofol on cardiovascular response to endotrocheal intubation is not mediated via the increase of plasma CGRP
