我国YN株恶性疟原虫红内期瞬时转染系统的初步建立 被引量:3

摘要 目的 建立我国YN株恶性疟原虫(P.f)红内期瞬时转染系统。方法 将含有不同长度片段GBP130启动子的质粒,采用电穿孔法转染入环状体P.f,以液体闪烁计数法检测各质粒中报告基因CAT的表达。结果 各质粒中启动子的表达强度有差异,表明转染P.f获得成功。结论 首次建立了我国YN株P.f的瞬时转染系统,为进一步研究P.f的基因表达调控和基因功能奠定了基础。
