摘要
基于全新的纵向建模方法(沿拉坯方向上取整个长度1/2宽度板坯为研究对象),针对连铸板坯的温度场和应力应变场进行了三维有限元耦合仿真,着重分析了轻压下功能的实施对附加拉坯力的影响效果,计算结果与实际生产中反映出的规律较为吻合,表明该方法具有较好的适用性和可靠性,可以在板坯连铸机工程设计之中加以广泛的应用。
Based on the new longitudinal modeling method,in which the research object is chosen as the whole length half-width slab along the withdrawing direction,a 3D conjugated finite element simulation for temperature field and strain-stress field of continuous casting slab has been implemented,which has focused on the effect of soft-reduction parameters on the additional withdrawing force.The calculation results are coincident with the rules reflected from the actual casting process,which shows,the modeling method is applicable and reliable,so that it can be used widely in the engineering design of slab caster.
