带钢连续退火温度场模拟及连续退火炉设备参数的确定 被引量:4

Simulation of Continuous Annealing Temperature Field for Strip and Determination of Parameters of the Continuous Annealing Furnace

摘要 以42CrMo带钢为研究对象,利用有限元软件,建立几何模型和有限元模型,对高温连续退火的温度场进行了模拟,得出了42CrMo带钢在连续退火炉中温度随时间变化的规律。以此为依据,设计出当42CrMo带钢发生完全再结晶时连续退火炉的炉膛尺寸及功率,对设计带钢连续退火炉设备参数有一定的参考价值。 Taking 42CrMo strip as a research object,using finite element software built the geometric model and the finite element model.Using this model simulated the high-temperature continuous annealing temperature field,conclude the rule of temperature variation over time of 42CrMo strip in the continuous annealing furnace.Design the size and power of continuous annealing furnace when 42CrMo strip is fully recrystallized,which have a certain reference value for continuous annealing furnace.
