摘要
目的 :研究滨蒿内酯对豚鼠哮喘模型的平喘作用。方法 :应用组胺与乙酰胆碱引喘法制作豚鼠哮喘模型 ,治疗药物滨蒿内酯采用雾化吸入给药。结果 :滨蒿内酯对药源性哮喘有明显的抑制作用 ,其半数有效剂量 (ED5 0为 85 .11mg/L(n =4) ,且抑制作用与给药的剂量之间呈良好的线性关系 (有剂量依赖性 )。结论 :滨蒿内酯对豚鼠哮喘模型有一定的平喘作用。
Objective:Our aim was to study the anti asthmatic effect of scoparone on the drug induced asthma. Methods:Histamine and acetylcholine were used to induce the guinea pig model of asthma. The animals inhaled scoparone for therapy. Results:The autamized scoparone significantly inhibited the guinea pig model asthma in a dose dependent manner. It′s ED 50 were 85.11 mg·L -1 (n=4). Conclusion:Scoparone has anti asthmatic effect in guinea pig of model asthma.
