摘要
目的探讨自体血液回收机在手术中应用价值。方法收集本院麻醉科实施自体血液回收的手术患者25例作为研究对象,记录比较术前及术中心率、平均动脉压、动脉血氧饱和度、血红蛋白、血细胞比容及血小板计数的变化,记录每例回收血量、回输血量。结果回输后心率、平均动脉压、动脉血氧饱和度、血红蛋白、血细胞比容与回输前相比显著上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),血小板计数无显著变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后恢复好。结论自体血液回收技术是一种安全、可靠的血液保护技术,可显著节约血源和减少异体输血。
Objective To explore the application value of autologous blood recovery machine in operation.Methods The hospital anesthesiology implementation of autologous blood recovery operation 25 patients as the research object,record comparison of preoperative and intraoperative heart rate,mean arterial pressure,arterial oxygen saturation,hemoglobin,hematocrit and platelet count changes,were recorded from each recovery blood,transfusion volume.Results After reinfusion of heart rate,mean arterial pressure,arterial oxygen saturation,hemoglobin,hematocrit and transfusion before compared to rise significantly,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,platelet count did not change significantly,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）,good postoperative recovery.Conclusion Autologous blood recovery technique is a safe,reliable blood conservation techniques,can significantly save the blood and reduce allogeneic blood transfusion
