摘要
目的探讨地诺前列酮栓在足月妊娠羊水偏少者引产中的有效性及安全性。方法收集我院足月妊娠羊水偏少的患者80例,采取自愿原则随机分为2组,地诺前列酮栓组40例与缩宫素组40例。观察2组用药后宫颈Bishop评分情况、临产时间、总产程时间、分娩方式、新生儿结局、宫缩过强发生情况。结果地诺前列酮栓组宫颈Bishop评分、临产率、阴道分娩率明显高于缩宫素组,临产时间、总产程时间明显短于缩宫素组,两组新生儿Apgar评分,宫缩过强发生率无显著性差异。结论地诺前列酮栓用于足月妊娠羊水偏少者的引产,有效且安全。
Objective To discuss the efficacy and security of Dinoprostone suppositories in uterogestation patients who had insufficient amniotic fluid.Methods The eighty uterogestation women who had insufficient amniotic fluid in our hospital were divided into two groups according the voluntary and random principle.Each group of Dinoprostone suppositories and Oxytocin had forty cases.Observed the Cervix Bishop Score,the time in labor,the time of total labor,the childbirth mode,the neonate outcome and the uterine over-efficiency in two groups after used the corresponding drug.Results The Cervix Bishop Scores,the rate of vaginal delivery and labor in the group of Dinoprostone suppositories were overtop the group of Oxytocin,but the time in labor and the time of total labor were obviously shorter of the group of Oxytocin,and the Neonatus Apgar Score and the incidence of uterine over-efficiency had no significant difference.Conclusion It＇s efficient and secure that Dinoprostone suppositories applied to odinopoeia of the uterogestation patients who had insufficient amniotic fluid.
