丙烯酸环氧酯热解动力学及寿命预测

摘要 本文采用动态热重分析(TG)法研究固化的丙烯酸环氧酯[EPA(Ⅰ)]和甲基丙烯酸环氧酯[EPA(Ⅱ)]的热解动力学,分别得到EPA(Ⅰ)和EPA(Ⅱ)的热解活化能为62.22kJ/mol和65.58kJ/mol,并分别获得热解反应动力学方程:进一步预测了EPA(Ⅰ)和EPA(Ⅱ)的耐热使用寿命。 The appliance dynamic temperature-weight analyse (TG) method, the heat decomposition reaction dynamics of epoxy acrylate (EPA(Ⅰ)) and EPA(Ⅱ) systems have been investigated by using dynamic techniques of TG. The overall apparent activation energies for the heat-decomposition have been found to 62.22 kJ / mol and 65.58 kJ/mol for EPA(Ⅰ) and EPA(Ⅱ) systems. The heat decomposition reaction dynamics equation of EPA(Ⅰ) and EPA(Ⅱ) systems have been obtained. The paper forecast the heat-resisting using life of EPA(Ⅰ) and EPA(Ⅱ) systems.
