摘要
目的 :观察万爽力对急性病毒性心肌炎疗效。方法 :对 6 0例临床诊断为急性病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组为 33例用万爽力 (用万爽力、极化液、抗心律失常药物等 )治疗 ;对照组 2 7例 ,用常规极化液、抗心律失常药物治疗。结果 :万爽力治疗组临床症状改善、心电图 ST- T改善及房室传导阻滞、阵发性心房颤动、窦房传导阻滞、早搏及心功能改善均优于对照组。结论 :在目前对急性病毒性心肌炎无特效药物治疗的情况下 。
Objective To investigate the effect of vasorel on acute myocarditis.Method Sixty cases of patients who diagnosed as acute myocarditis were randomly divided into two groups:group one(33 cases)received vasorel associated with polarized liquid and antiarrhythmia treatment;Group two(27 cases)was treated with polarized liquid and antiarrhythmia drug as control.Results After three to six months of treatment,patients in group one had better improved symptom and cadiac function,less changed ST T,less paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and atrioventricular block than those of patients in group two.Conclusion Vasorel is as an effective drugs on acute myocarditis.
