钛合金稳定化退火工艺试验

摘要 通过钛合金稳定化退火工艺试验与研究,说明稳定化退火能够消除或减少机械加工的残余应力,以保证零件使用时型面和尺寸的稳定性;能够消除或减少钛合金因抛光过热所产生的“白斑”,提高产品质量;能够少量除氢,避免合金氢脆。同时,稳定化退火对合金的组织、性能及零件变形无明显影响。 Through the process test and the study of stabilization annealing of titanium alloy, We have known that the stabilization annealing can eliminate or decrease the residual stress caused by machining so as to ensure the stability of profile and dimensions during the application of parts, remove or reduce the 'white plague' of titanium alloy caused by overheating during polishing so as to improve the quality of products, and decrease the hydrogen content to certain extent so as to alleviate the danger of hydrogen embrittlement. Meanwhile, there are no distinct effects on the structure, properties of the alloy, and the deformation of parts.
