摘要
本文客观分析了电子信息装备维修保障管理特点,明确了目前我军电子信息装备维修保障管理方面存在的主要问题,并运用项目管理理论和方法,提出了装备维修保障管理组织机构的三种模式。
This paper made an objective analysis of the features of management of maintenance and support of electronic information equipment, cleared the main problems of management of maintenance and support of electronic information equipment of our military at present, and put forward three modes of institutional framework of equipment maintenance and support management.
