摘要
我国目前虽然是世界制造业大国,但是"大而不强"。制造业竞争力与世界先进发达国家存在很大差距。提升我国制造业竞争力成为目前理论界及制造业界都关注的问题。分析顾客需求满足、顾客价值实现对制造企业质量提升的意义,建立基于顾客需求导向的制造企业质量竞争力提升模型,探讨提升制造企业质量竞争力的途径。
At present,China is the biggest manufacturing country in the world,though not accordingly the strongest. The gap remains significant between the manufacturing competitiveness of China and that of other advanced industrial countries in the world. To enhance the competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry has become a problem which is currently concerned by both the theoretical sector and manufacturing industry itself. This paper aims to analyze the significance of customer-demand meeting and customer-valuerealization on quality improvement of manufacturing companies,to build a customer demand-oriented model of manufacturing enterprises competitiveness enhancement, and to explore ways to promote the quality competitiveness of the manufacturing enterprises.
