摘要
通过显微组织观察和室温拉伸实验,研究了3种不同的热处理制度对1种Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr合金组织和性能的影响。实验结果表明,T_8处理可同时提高合金的强度和塑性;ITMT处理可改善合金的塑性,但对强度的改善不大;采用T_6处理时,合金的强度和塑性都较低。分析了热处理工艺、显微组织和性能之间的关系。
Effect of various heat treatments on the precipitation and tensile properties of an Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr alloy was investigated by observation of microstructure and tensile test at room temperature. The results show that the strength and ductility were significantly improved in T8condition. The intermediate thermomechanical treatment (ITMT) caused the incresment of ductility and a less improvement in strength. The low strength and poor ductility were observated in T6treatment. The relation of properties to heat treatments and microstructure was discussed.
