摘要
本文从时空视角畅销书库存积压的原因,得出图书销售企业要解决库存积压的重要途径就是要从产品全生命周期进行销售决策。本文将全生命周期分为两个阶段,建立模型通过调整定价得到最优订货数量和最佳销售利润。
This article analyzed the reasons of best-selling books overstock from the time-space perspective and obtained that making sales decisions from the product life cycle was the important solution. The paper divided the whole life cycle into two stages, and established the model to get the optimal order quantity and optimal sales profits by adjusting pricing.
