大力发展循环经济已经成为陕南地区经济发展方式转变的主要途径,有助于减少环境污染,改善生态环境,提高资源的利用效率。陕南发展循环经济是实现地区可持续发展的现实选择,也是走新型工业化道路的主要途径,更是解决经济发展瓶颈的关键。
Devoting major efforts to developing circular economy has become the main way to transform economic development mode in southern Shaanxi, and is useful to reduce pollution, improve the ecological environment, and increase the efficient use of resources. Developing recycle economy in Shaanxi Province is the realistic choice to achieve sustainable development, and is also a main way of taking a new road to industrialization, and it is the key to solve economic development bottlenecks.
