摘要
文章通过对新乡市区369位60岁以上老年人的问卷调查发现,11.5%的老年人知道以房养老,而98%的老年人表示并不会选择此种养老方式。但是,37.3%的老年人表示,在条件允许的情况下,会选择以房养老的模式来丰富自己的晚年生活。结合中国经济社会的发展现状,文章对以房养老政策在新乡市的可行性进行了综合分析。
Through questionnaire survey of 369 olders more than 60 years of age in Xinxiang, this paper found that 11.5% of the elderly know house-for-pension, and 98% of the elderly does not choose such pension way. However, 37.3% of the elderly said that they would enrich their own later life with the mode of house-for-pension under the allowed conditions. Combining the status quo of China＇s economic and social development, this paper made comprehensive analysis of feasibility of carrying out house-for-pension policy in Xinxiang City.
