摘要
本文对近些年来大学生就业情况进行了分析,并对当前大学生就业难的问题进行了探讨,阐述了在当前大学生就业时应做好充分的准备,不仅要提高自身素质,而且还要及时对自己未来职业有个很好的定位与要求,对求职单位有更清楚的了解。进一步通过案例说明做好大学生就业前职业信息采集对大学生就业及就业质量的重要性。
