摘要
近几年,中国快运速递产业发展迅速,中国快运快递业的点——轴——面系统初呈雏形,竞争主体有以下三类:外贸快递企业、中国邮政和国内其他快递企业。汇通快运面临的困境有资金不足,管理水平低下,服务质量有待提高等。作者提出了很多策略比如:规范管理制度;差异化市场定位,树立品牌,打品牌战;加强网点建设等。
In recent years, Chinese express industry development is rapid. China express delivery industry competition main body has the following three kinds of foreign trade enterprises in China: express, postal and other domestic express delivery enterprises. Express dilemmas for lack of funds, the lower management level, the service quality is to be improved. The author put forward many strategies such as: standard management system, the difference of market positioning, brand, brand warfare; strengthen network construction.
