摘要
目的观察研究合理的营养治疗对肝脏疾病的影响。方法选择确诊的慢性肝炎患者160例作为观察组,对其进行综合的营养评价,在常规治疗基础上给予合理的营养治疗,随机抽取60例慢性肝炎患者为对照组,给予常规的肝病综合治疗,分析对比两组患者的营养状况。结果入院第1d两组的营养状况及肝功指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但入院2周时观察组的体重、上臂围(AC)、白蛋白(ALB)等营养指标及肝功改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据肝病患者的代谢特点,综合进行营养评价后,制定合理的营养治疗方案,有效地改善病情,提高患者生活质量。
Objective Observational study and rational nutrition therapy of liver disease. Conclusion According to the metabolic characteristics of patients with liver disease, the integrated nutritional evaluation after, develop reasonable nutrition therapy program, effectively improve the condition and improve the quality of life of patients.
