摘要
目的探讨高频电波(LEEP)刀治疗前庭大腺囊肿及脓肿的临床效果。方法选择广东中山市沙溪隆都医院收治的前庭大腺囊肿和脓肿患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。观察组行LEEP刀手术治疗,对照组行常规前庭大腺囊肿、脓肿造口术,观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组术中出血极少,手术时间较对照组明显缩短,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);且术后恢复快,无红肿、疼痛不适,局部无瘢痕形成,对照组术后有轻微疼痛和外阴不适。结论 LEEP刀治疗前庭大腺囊肿和脓肿,操作简便、恢复快、可保留腺体功能,治疗效果明显优于常规手术方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of LEEP knife treatment bartholin gland cyst or abscess. Methods Select admitted in 60 cases of Bartholin＇s gland cyst and abscess were randomLy assigned to observation and control groups in 30 patients each, LEEP surgery observation group, the control group General Ostomy Bartholin＇s gland cyst and abscess, observed two groups of treatment effects. Results The observation group intraoperative bleeding is few, the operation time is control group significantly shortened, difference have significantly （P〈0.01）, postoperative recovery fast,no redness and swelling, pain is unwell,local without scar formation, and the control group with mild postoperative pain and vulva discomfort. Conclusion LEEP knife treatment bartholin gland cyst,abscesses,simple operation, quick recovery, can keep gland function, the treatment effect is obviously superior to the conventional surgical method, it is worth clinieal application.
