摘要
目的总结食道癌术后经鼻十二指肠营养管早期实施肠内营养的护理要点。方法选取2010年1月～2012年8月住院的126例食管癌术后患者,对其实施的早期肠内营养的护理进行回顾性分析。126例患者均于术中留置一根经鼻十二指肠营养管。结果全组病例均能耐受营养管的留置,经营养管给予肠内营养能满足患者每日的营养量,减少了静脉输液量,缩短了住院时间,效果良好。结论对术后经鼻十二指肠营养管早期给予肠内营养支持的患者进行精心的护理,能促进患者胃肠功能早期恢复,预防术后并发症,既满足了食管癌患者的营养需要又减轻了患者的经济负担,具有良好的社会经济效益。
Objective summary of esophagus after operation of nasal nursing care of early application of Enteral nutrition in duodenal nutrition tube elements. Methods Frem January 2010 to August 2012, 126 Cases of postoperative patients with esophageal cancer , nursing care of early Enteral nutrition on the implementation of retrospective analysis. 126 patients on duodenal feeding tube indwelling in a nasal surgery. Results Group-wide case can withstand the indwelling feeding tube, feeding tube for patients with Enteral nutrition to meet the daily nutrient levels, reduces the amount of intravenous infusion, reduced length of stay, to good effect. Conclusion On nasal duodenal nutrition tube in postoperative early Enteral nutrition support in patients with meticulous care, can promote gastrointestinal function in patients with early recovery, prevention of postoperative complications, both meet the nutritional needs of patients with esophageal cancer and reduce the burden on patients, has good social and economic benefits.
