摘要
本文对结构钢熔模精铸件力学性能不合格试棒上的冰糖状断口、晶粒状断口和树枝状断口组织特征及其形成原因进行了分析研究,提出了相应的改进办法。
In this paper, the fracture appearance of the samples, which were made of investment castings from structural steel, were investigated. The experimental results have explained the forming reasons of the 'Rock candy' fracture, intergranular fracture and dendrite fracture. The improvement of investment casting was also introduced.
