摘要
目的:探讨老年重症红皮病型银屑病合并糖尿病的临床有效护理模式。方法:选取晋中市传染病医院2008年2月至2012年3月收治的老年重症红皮病型银屑病合并糖尿病患者22例为研究对象,对所有患者在常规治疗性护理基础上给予心理护理、健康教育、并发症预防,观察治疗性护理前后变化。结果:与护理干预前比较,22例患者护理干预后的焦虑程度和抑郁程度均降低,疾病不确定感降低(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:对老年重症红皮病型银屑病合并糖尿病患者采用综合护理,有一定临床效果,值得应用。
Objective： To investigate clinically effective nursing model in accordance with elderly patients with se- vere erythrodermic psoriasis complicated with diabetes. Method： 22 cases with elderly patients with severe erythroder- mic psoriasis complicated with diabetes, who were randomly sampled in our hospital in February 2008 to March 2012, were treated with psychological care, health education, prevention of complications while observed nursing effect based on conventional therapeutic care. Results： The levels of anxiety, depression and uncertainty degree in illness were de- creased among the patients compared before and after nursing intervention. There were statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Integrated nursing care is greatly advocated for elderly patients with severe erythrodermic psoriasis complicated with diabetes and should be applied.
