摘要
在柴油机调速过程中,针对柴油机PID控制器参数一经确定不能在线调整的问题,以6135型柴油机为控制对象,以MATLAB/Simulink作为软件平台,深入研究了自适应控制的基础理论,设计了一种模型参考自适应控制器,建立了柴油机电子调速系统仿真模型,进行了控制系统仿真研究。结果表明,新设计的智能型自适应控制器能在线自动整定最佳控制参数,优于传统的PID控制,具有良好的自适应性和智能性。
Aiming at the deficiency of PID controllers that no online parameter adjustment is allowed during the diesel engine speed control process, this study takes the 6 135 diesel engine as the control object to carry out in depth research on the fundamental principles of adaptive control based on MATLAB/Simulink software platform; a model reference controller is developed and the diesel engine electronic speed control system simulation model is established for control system simulation studies. The results show that the newly designed intelligent adaptive controller can automatically adjust to the optimal control parameters online, which is superior to conventional PID controllers and has good adaptability and intelligence.
