摘要
目的了解某疗养院实施处方点评前后门诊处方质量的变化。方法选取某疗养院2011年及2012年门诊处方各1 200张,按照处方点评工作表进行回顾性分析,结果和2010年未开展处方点评前的数据进行比较。结果该院门诊处方合理率从69.00%提升至90%以上;国家基本药物使用率从32.66%提升至接近60%,抗感染药物使用率符合低于20%的要求;不同职称医师处方合理率均大幅提升,儿科患者抗菌药物使用率大幅降低。结论实施处方点评后该院门诊处方质量得到显著提升。
Objective To investigate the changes in the quality of outpatient prescriptions in a sanatorium before and after implementation of the evaluation. Methods A total of 2 400 outpatient prescriptions were selected in 2011 and 2012 for a statistical analysis retrospectively, and compared with the datum in 2010. Resuits The percentage of reasonable prescriptions rised from 69.00% to more than 90%. The percentage of national essential drugs increased from 32.66% to nearly 60%. The percentage of patients receiving antibacterials was in line with the requirements of less than 20%. There were significant raises in the reasonable rates of prescription among different professional titles. The utilization rate of antibacterials in Pediatric patients reduced significantly. Conclusion The quality of outpatient prescription in this sanatorium has been significantly improved after the evaluation of prescription.
