摘要
服务创新是服务业发展的动力与源泉,随着服务业在国民经济发展中地位的不断提升,探讨服务创新问题成为学者们关注的热点问题。文章在回顾现有文献的基础上,分析服务创新的动力来源,揭示服务创新的演变过程,探讨促进服务创新的对策,为现代服务业发展提供决策参考。
Service innovation is the motivation and resource of the development of the service industry. With the continuous im- provement of the status of the service industry in the national economic developmentment, studying the service innovation becomes the hot issves paid attention to by scholars. Based on keviewing the existing literatures, the impetus of service innovation is analyzed firstly. Then the evolving process of service innovation is announced. At last, the measures are suggested to promote the service in- novation soas to supply the reference for the development of the service industry.
